Simple, Upfront Pricing
Trailer Load Prices
Most home jobs land between 1/4 load ($299) and 1/2 load ($449).
Single items
Every price includes a 2-person crew, all the loading, sweep-up and hauling, and donating or recycling what we can at no extra cost. Text photos to 763-303-2091 for your price. It's confirmed on-site before we lift anything.
Items with a surcharge
$75 per item, $99 for pianos and heavy masonry. Always shown in your quote. Here's why:
- Mattresses & box springs ($75)
We take them to a mattress recycler, which charges per piece. - Fridges, freezers, A/C units & dehumidifiers ($75)
The Freon has to be removed by a certified tech before the metal can be recycled. - Sleeper sofas ($75)
The steel pull-out bed inside makes them very heavy and awkward to carry. - Upright & spinet pianos ($99)
Hundreds of pounds of dead weight. Takes extra hands and care on floors and stairs. - Heavy masonry ($99)
Concrete, brick and stone are priced by weight at the dump, so they cost more to drop off.
TVs and monitors: +$30 to +$60. Tires: +$20 each, +$25 on a rim.
What we don't take
- Liquid paint, chemicals and solvents
- Oil, fuel, gasoline and propane tanks
- Fertilizers and pesticides
- Asbestos
- Medical waste and sharps
- Ammunition
- Loose lithium batteries
- Drums or waste tanks
We'll point you to a safe local drop-off.
What Else Affects Price
Weight & dense materials
Dense items cost more because the dump charges by the ton and they hit the trailer's weight limit fast: pianos, safes, hot tubs, concrete, dirt, brick, shingles.
Floors & stairs
Ground-floor, garage and one flight of stairs are standard. If it's 2+ floors up or down, each extra flight adds a labor charge for the extra crew time.
Hard to reach & take-apart
Long carries (far driveways or hallways), tight spots, crawl spaces, or items we have to take apart add a small labor fee.
Pricing Questions
What's the minimum?
$125 for a single standard item. The smallest load, 1/8 of the trailer, is $189.
How much is a full load?
$699. Most home jobs land between a 1/4 load ($299) and a 1/2 load ($449).
Do you charge by the hour?
No. You pay for how much of the load your junk fills. Weight, extra flights of stairs and hard-to-reach spots can add to it, and your quote shows it.
Is the texted price final?
It's your price based on the photos you send. We confirm it on-site before we lift anything, and it only changes if the job is different from the photos, like extra items or heavy material we couldn't see.
What if I don't like the price?
Say no and we leave. There's no trip charge and you owe nothing.
